Help me to choose my words when I speak

Holy Speaker; help me to communicate my ideas clearly and honestly and to really listen when others are giving theirs.

Let me not rely on hearsay, but speak directly with the source.

Help me to think before I speak and not hurt others with my words.

Help me to choose my words when I speak.
