Need an easy healthy nice recipe for weekend meal?

Try this one. :) I always have this soup every Sunday in my home, because my mum knows that i like it.

This Pork Rib soup is very famous. :) The taste is rich, and the garlic make it healthy for body. Lets check it out, how easy is to prepare this meal :)

You will need :

  1. Pork Rib Spices. (available on the supermarket, herbal shop, even a traditional market)
  2. Unpeeled Garlic, 2-3 whole clove, wash it, just dont peel it.
  3. AHA. Discounted price pork BBQ/Steak meat.
  4. Beautiful Pork Ribs.
  5. Additional : U may use pork sweet intestine if u like or pork liver.

  1. Boil 6-7 bowl of water
  2. Put the pork rib spices inside.
  3. Put the unpeeled garlic, pork steak and pork ribs into the boiling water.
  4. Stir it a while.

Ok, now u can have a cup of coffee. To wait until the meats tender, usually needs 1 hour or more. If u have a meat presto, the time will be shorter. Just put the boiling soup in the medium, and let it boil until the meats tender.

Put a half tea spoon salt. Taste it, this depends on how salt usually u like your soup :D

After cooked for 1,5 hour, usually u needs to add a glass of water. :D

Don't forget to have some fun ... :D

Hubby prefer a bit darker for the soup, so i add 1 spoon of black soya sauce. :D

I cooked this for about 1,5 hour , and the meat is so tender. And the taste is right. So please try it... :D

Thanks untuk commentnya.. :DMin senang sup. Sup chinese, sup herbal, dll. Sejak kecil dibiasain minum sup, malah my brother kalo ga pake sup, dia ga bisa makan. Ha ha ha.So, sama deh, min juga suka banget bak kut teh. Jika di luaran, 1 porsi bisa = 8 SGD. Sekitar 50-ribuan. :) Kalo masak sendiri, akan lebih puas, lebih sehat dan lebih banyakkk. Ha ha ha. rakus.com.Bawang putih kata mama bagus sekali untuk kesehatan, kata si Van yang guru biologi juga bagus banget. Maklum, penggemar bawang-bawangan haha. But, kalo kebanyakan tentu semua makanan juga ga sehat :)Moga-moga kebiasaan menyukai bawang ini bener2 menjauhkan kita dari kenser. He he he. :)Have a nice day...

Min, gue suka bnaget masak,...tapi baru nih liat bawang putih dicemplungin bulat bulat begitu,...apa ga wanginya menyebar??? kalo masih belum dikupas?

Smile, gw ga prof banget masak. Ha ha ha ha.... Nih sup juga cemplung2in aja. Cuma bener, trust me, tuh bawang memang di cemplungin bulat tanpa di peel. Seriously. Min ga pernah tanya mama why kog ga di peel, tapi kelihatannya gitu lebih enak. Ha ha ha ha.Setelah di masak 1-1,5 jam, kulit bawang akan sangat sangat lunak, apalagi dagingnya. Serat2 dari daging bawang akan menyebar dalam soup. So pasti aroma bawang dimana-mana.Vampire ga akan datang kerumah kalo pas masak bak kut teh. Bisa mual2 dia.Have a  nice day...

Ehm, enak banget kelihatannya, tapi saya pilih mangkok yang kedua saja. Yang pertama bisa meningkatkan kolestrol ha ha ha. Ngomong yang pegang kamera siapa, Min? Bagus banget hasilnya.Yang kurang bagus itu 1,5 jamnya. Saya pilih ke Pluit atau Kelapa Gading aja deh he he he

Ha ha ha... Mangkok pertama itu porsi Min. :D1.5 jam itu udah abis 2 episode drama di DVD, haha. Bener, lama yaaa. Memang lama kalo ga ada presto. Di masak di api medium lagi. Syukurlah ga ada beban biaya pemakaian Gas di hostel. Jadi masak sup ga usa penuh tekanan rekening. :DGambar 1-3 itu min yang foto sendiri. Sedangkan yang lainnya foto min lagi masak itu si Van - Private Photgrapher. :D

Tengs!!! Its just a simple meal for a simple weekend. Hahaha.Garlic memang konon banyak manfaatnya u kesehatan. Tapi karena kurang tahu kandungannya, min ga pande menjelaskan secara ilmiah. He he.But beneran, tastenya special banget karena Mr. Garlic. So, please try yaaa. :D

makasih same same. akan saya coba. kandungan garlic? wah apalagi saya min, saya tidak tau apa2 soal garlic bagus utk kesehatan, kurang tau ttg herbal sih. tp jika benar, garlic kan murah kalau tidak salah di jakarta cm rp.8000 per kilo, selain itu mudah didapat, tidak ada salahnya dicoba membiasakan makan garlic. shg nanti sudah tua, anak cucu akan tanya, kok kakek sehat2 aja? iya gara2 blognya minmerry.oh ya saya kok agak kesulitan pasang gambar di ss, gimana caranya ya min?
