I’ve been around just reading many blogs on pasar Klewer, and…..
The Evangelical Christians are the most arrogant, pompous self righteous, accountable deficient, and ownership depraved individuals I’ve ever read!
You might misunderstand me!
But, that was it!
I then turned around and said, “if you serve God. Forgive them. Fall on your faces and forgive your enemies. Pray for them, and in that, God will heap coals of fire upon them.” But what did you all do?
This Evangelical Christian declared no no! We have a right to fight. We have a right to take care of these, and defense ourselves.
Then you hunted your enemy into his/ her own words, and warned them that all this that you will do, will come back upon you.
We did that because we did NOT drop on our faces as a deer, and ask God’s forgiveness. We were too arrogant.
Pride ALWAYS comes before destruction, so we are all about to reap what WE have sown. You don’t get to blame anyone else but yourself. So look in a mirror and stare long and hard, because you have ownership in your own demise.
We didn’t use our hearts. Why we didn’t use our hearts?
Now I want to be listened very very carefully.
Forgive you your self first. Go, and do it!
You no need to run around believing you’re righteous in your bigotry and arrogance is the truth, all truth and nothing but the truth.

Fundamentalist somehow have a solid ground to be fundamental.
Things that I really don't like in our situations here lately .....
He is so arrogant. When he said sorry, he has forgotten what the sorry word was for. He didn't want to be corrected.
But then again, this is just a net. I was so mad, but it means nothing for him. Maybe in saying sorry, everything become right, and because sorry is "gratuite", He may go in peace.

Me too.. Because english is better to express my heart than another language..
not only for express my heart, but also for communication to my family..
because my first language was english, not indonesian..
when i was 6, I began to speak indonesia in my elementary school.....
hehehe.... so until now i speak 2 languages.. wkwkwkw...

Someday I heard a sermon of a servant of God (he is the most preacher, theolog and servant of God whom i admire most) when he preached about Jesus Christ at the X-mas time celebration on TV.
Anyone knows to whom these statements are addressed by the preacher???

Menyebut Evangelical Christian / Kristen Injili mempunyai scope yang sangat luas. Mayoritas gereja sekrang ini menyebut dirinya Injili sekalipun ( tidak semua ) tak pernah mengabarkan Injil. Ada yang tak mau disebut Injili namun dalam prakteknya bisa digolonglan dalam gereja Injili.
Di Indonesia, anggota PGI sering dikenal sebagai kumpulan gereja non Injili ( meskipun ada anggota gereaja Injili yang menjadi anggota ) sedangkan Gereja Injili ( menyebut dirinya ) mempunyai wadah tersendiri.
Oleh sebab itu Kristen yang Injili sangatlah luas cakupan dan definisinya, masing masing orang Kristen ( baca : gereja ) mempunyai definisi masing masing.

Waktu nulis blog diatas, saya marah sama dia yang mengaku pelayan 2 negara, engga mau kasih tau apa dia pendeta, atau evangelis, parahnya dia minta maaf, tapi ga mau rubah apa yang dia kutip salah.
Sampe saat nulis ini gw masih minta dia untuk perbaiki kutipannya yang dia kutip salah.
Dari komen JF, gw dapet ilmu ttg the Evangelical Christian sbg sebuah aliran besar di USA.
Sekarang kamu singkapin lagi yg di Indonesia.
Polemik ini sudah ada sejak jaman ompungku muda khan?!!!

I just meant to offer a question for you all to think and choose.
You're right Erick, My choice is the forth one. It's clear since the next sentence i wrote supported my choice (my choice (4) is more ......and so on)
Yaphs....For me that was the biggest, the most important work of Jesus Christ when He was in the world, to deliver and preach the Kingdom of God. By that, the salvation misssion is accomplished.
As the consequency, we today also should bring the message for the world. I mean, don't preach something other which doesn't correspond to the main point of the Bible and of course the will and the plan of God. That's all.
In the world today, many denominations tend to bring the other messages of the Bible, such as 'healing service, miracle gospel, prosperity gospel, social gospel etc"
For King Heart:
If we always base our argument that everyone (read: church) has their own concept and definition, then we cannot finish. My point is "Study the Bible n the truth with scrutiny, with accurate understanding". Kristen injili (evangelical christian) in my opinion here is "those who preach the word of God who mostly focus on biblical but the comprehension of the scrutiny of the Bible is less, unfortunately, they are quite arrogant and is not ready to accept correction". In this case I think Mr. Erick has more concept and clear whe he stated, "Evangelical Christians are the most arrogant". I cannot explain further for now, perharps next time.

Aku dia ngerti na bhs Batak tu JF. Aku hafan dayak ih lah (ne bhs Dayak artinya : gue gak ngerti bhs batak, pkai bhasa aku aja ya, he...2x.... Ya aku ngerti aja maksudmu)
Oya tentang Obama, Aku yakin dia ga akan mampu nyelesaikan masalah konflik antara palestina-israel samapi Tuhan Yesus datang kedua kalinya. ga percaya? silakan tunggu.
Bagiku mereka yang berusaha mendamaikan kedua negara itu, hanya mau cari hadiah nobel saja, nda mungkin berhasil. Kedua negara itu punya prinsip darah dibalas dengan darah. Yahudi sekarang masih menantikan Mesiasnya, padahal Yesuslah mesias itu. Palestina, tetep kekeh dengan konsep islamismenya, dimana Jihad, yang menurutku brutal terus dipegangnya. Seperti Amroji dkk yang tetap bangga dengan sampai mereka mati. Namun apabilai kedua negara itu menerima sepenuhnya kasih pengorbanan Tuhan Yesus, maka jalan ke pada perdamaian selalu ada. Tapi apakah mereka akan begitu? Sulit sekali sepertinya.
PBB, mampukan ia menjadi pendamai? tidak bisa juga. Ada yang bilang bisa? omong kosong. PBB sejak didirikannya, makalah desertasi yang berjudul TOWARD ETERNAL PEACE, yang di tulis oleh Filsuf bernama Immanuel Kant lah yang menjadi dasarnya sampai sekarang. Jadi ga bakal bisa.
Teruslah Belajar, Belajar, dan mau diajar akan Kebenaran. Bukankah itu rendah hati?(Let's keep on learning and be teachable about the truth. Isn't that a humble person?)
